How to use your SALT Store Credit
Win a game on our website and receive a $100 SALT Store Credit for the SALT Online Store. Here’s exactly how it works, one simple step at a time.
Step by step
Sign up with your correct email, and win
On our Games page, type your first name and email. Please double-check your email. When you win, you’ll see “OH YEAH! YOU WON!” and your SALT Membership Reward Voucher.
Wait 24–48 hours and check your email
Our team adds your $100 SALT Store Credit to the store account that uses the same email, and we email you. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Sign in at the SALT Online Store
Go to www.saltonlinestore.com and choose Sign in. Enter the same email you played with. The store emails you a short code. Type it in. There’s no password to remember.
See your balance
Once you’re signed in, open your account. Your store credit balance is shown in your account details.
Browse and add to cart
Find something you love, choose any options (like color or size), and tap Add to cart.
Check out while signed in
Open your cart and tap Check out. Stay signed in. Store credit only shows when you’re signed in.
Turn on “Apply store credit”
In the Payment part of checkout, find Store credit and turn on Apply store credit. Our rule: use up to 10% of each order from your credit until the $100 is used. Not sure? Call us before you pay: (888) 416-4264.
Check the summary and finish
The order summary shows the credit used and anything left to pay. Pay the rest with your usual method and tap Pay now. Your remaining credit stays in your account.
💡 Good to know: store credit is not a gift card or a discount code. There’s nothing to type in. It lives in your store account, so always sign in with the email you played with.

SALT Store Credit is money added to your account at the SALT Online Store (www.saltonlinestore.com). When you win one of our games with your correct email, we add a $100 SALT Store Credit to the store account that uses that email.
How long does it take to get my $100 credit?
Your credit is added within 24 to 48 hours after you win. We send you an email at the address you signed up with when it is ready.
How much of my credit can I use on each order?
You can use up to 10% of each order’s total from your credit, on every order, until the full $100 has been used.
Is store credit the same as a gift card or a discount code?
No. Store credit is a balance on your own store account. You don’t need to type a code. You just sign in to the SALT Online Store with the same email you used to play.
I won, but I can’t see my credit. What should I do?
First, wait the full 48 hours and check your email, including the spam or junk folder. Make sure you sign in at www.saltonlinestore.com with exactly the same email you used to play. If you still can’t see it, call Courtney’s team at (888) 416-4264 and we’ll help.
Can I win more than once?
The $100 SALT Store Credit reward is one per email address. You’re always welcome to keep playing just for fun.
